For 35 years, A Chance to Change Foundation has helped Oklahoma families overcome addiction and behavioral disorders. A Chance to Change was founded in 1978 to aid students in the Putnam City school district and in 1994 started an Employee Assistance Program which offers counseling services to employees of Oklahoma businesses.
At OneSOURCE, we recognize the incredible impact A Chance to Change is having on Oklahoma families – an impact which grew in 2006, when they partnered with the Central Oklahoma United Way to help low-income families find the help they need. We are proud to have been able to help their organization run more efficiently and effectively, making the best possible use of their office-supply resources.
When we joined forces with A Chance to Change Foundation, their printing tasks were highly labor-intensive. Their printers weren’t networked, which limited their availability, and because the machines were old, paper jams and breakdowns were a consistent problem.
We began our overhaul of their printer setup with a thorough assessment of their usage and needs. In our conversations with A Chance to Change, we found that scanning documents – at that time an impossibility – was a high priority, as was minimizing the amount of time employees spent on printing tasks. We outfitted t heir office with multi-function machines, and networked their system, giving all employees access to efficient color and black-and-white printing.
With new machines, quarterly maintenance reviews, and automated supply renewals, A Chance to Change’s staff can stop focusing on printing issues, and focus on what they do best – improving the lives of Oklahomans. They report a significant reduction of time spent on maintenance. Our managed print services take printing off their plate.
“The A Chance to Change staff and I are grateful to OneSOURCE. They have always provided friendly and reliable service; working with them has helped make our administrative tasks painless and efficient. “– Tilden Tillotson, CFO
